Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

o qualify for a return or refund, please ensure that:
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
✅ All tags and packaging are intact.
✅ You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp at +92 300 8912444. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.

🚨 Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Process

1️⃣ Request a Return – Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate the process.
2️⃣ Approval & Shipping Label – If eligible, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.
3️⃣ Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

💳 Bank/Credit Card Processing Time: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account. If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at [cs@spirit.pk].

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
🚫 Personal care items (e.g., moisturizers, skincare products)
🚫 Custom or personalized items
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
🚫 Sale items & gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
